Stuart Medlen

Stuart Medlen is a Managing Director and European Credit COO.  He is based in London.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Stuart was a Managing Director at Alcentra Ltd where he ran the Global Operations team.  Stuart spent 18 years at Alcentra, and prior to that worked for JP Morgan in Structured Finance for 4 years.

Stuart is a CAIA Charterholder and holds a BA (Hons) in Literature & History.
