Patty Lynett

Patty Lynett is a Managing Director and the head of Total Rewards and Operations within the Human Capital Management Group.  Patty is responsible for driving the HCM strategy for the design, planning, execution and technology related to the firm’s total incentives and rewards platform, in addition to the HCM operations function and team.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Patty held roles at Blackstone for 15 years including global head of compensation and Chief Administrative Officer of both the Private Equity Group and Blackstone Advisory Partners.  Before joining Blackstone, Patty was an Investment Banker in the structured finance groups at Citibank and Credit Suisse/DLJ and was responsible for transaction execution primarily in the Energy sector.

Patty received her MBA from Harvard Business School.  She received a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago where she graduated with honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
