Katharina Neureiter

Katharina is Co-Head, Global Sustainability at Carlyle. She develops and oversees Carlyle’s global sustainability strategy with a focus on portfolio value creation in Europe and Asia, ESG integration in credit and strategic growth initiatives for the firm.  She is based in London.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Katharina was at British International Investment, where she developed and integrated enhanced impact and ESG practices within equity, debt and fund of funds investment teams. 

Prior to that, Katharina worked in public policy reform and supported companies and investors in community engagement and impact-led value creation. She holds an MBA from London Business School and an MSc from London School of Economics.
