Gaëlle Cassini

Gaëlle Cassini is a Principal focused on Asset Management in the Real Estate team. She is based in London. 

Prior to joining Carlyle, Gaëlle was a Principal at H.I.G. Capital where she managed pan-European value-add projects as well as lead portfolio management and operational responsibilities. Prior to that, Gaëlle worked at Salamanca Group, AXA Investment Managers and Barclays Capital in London ; she started her career in France at the company Auxiliaire de Finance. 

Gaëlle holds a CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing and received a Master’s degree in banking and finance from ESLSCA business school.
