Catherine Mazzoni

Catherine Mazzoni is a Vice President and Head of Operations on the Corporate Communications team. She is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with the Investor Relations and Global Technology Solutions teams.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Catherine was a Director of Marketing at StepStone Group, where she led the firm's events and global marketing efforts. Prior to StepStone, she held positions at HarbourVest Partners and The Baupost Group.

Catherine received her BBA from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
