Rob Warfield

Rob Warfield is a Vice President with the Global Legal Investments team in New York, and works on infrastructure-related investments across the Global Private Equity and Global Credit platforms. 

Prior to joining Carlyle, Rob was a partner in the energy and infrastructure and debt finance practices at Kirkland & Ellis, representing private equity clients, sponsors, investors and lenders in infrastructure-related financings, acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactions. 

Rob received a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
