Jennifer Wall
Jennifer Wall is a Managing Director and Carlyle’s Global Corporate Controller. She is responsible for the firm’s financial operations. This includes financial close management, public company financial reporting, accounting policy oversight, payment and banking operations, procurement and contract management, as well as financial process and systems oversight.
Since joining Carlyle in 2012, Ms. Wall has also been responsible for fund accounting operations and corporate shared services. This included accounting, transaction processing and investor reporting for Carlyle’s private equity and real asset funds, administration of an employee co-investment program, and management of corporate shared services function. Ms. Wall also served on the inaugural Diversity and Inclusion Council. Ms. Wall is based in Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Wall was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Single-Family Business and the Director of Financial Reporting at Fannie Mae, a government-sponsored enterprise that supports the secondary mortgage market. Ms. Wall started her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.
Ms. Wall is on the Board of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
