Alan Y. Su

Alan Y. Su is a Managing Director – Partner and Senior Relationship Manager responsible for overseeing Investor Relations and business development in the Greater China and Southeast Asia regions. He is based in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Carlyle in 2011 as a Managing Director, Mr. Su was formerly a Director at Credit Suisse in the Asset Management Division. At Credit Suisse, he worked as China Country Coverage for asset management business development. He also served as a member of the Credit Suisse China Operation Committee. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Su worked at Harvest Fund Management Co. (the asset management JV of Deutsche Bank in China) as a Senior Client Coverage Manager responsible for key institutional client coverage and supported DeAM's QDII business development. Before this, he was a Credit Analyst with specialization in Structured Finance in Dagong Global Credit Rating Co., Ltd.

Mr. Su earned his MS in Fund Management from University of New South Wales, Australia and his BS from Liaoning Institute of Technology China.
