Padma Penmetsa

Padma Penmetsa is a Vice President focused on U.S. real estate opportunities. She is based in Washington, DC.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Penmetsa was a Senior Analyst at MMA Realty Capital, LLC, where she worked on the financing and underwriting of debt and equity commercial real estate investments.

Ms. Penmetsa received her master’s degree in real estate from Cornell University and her MBA (PGDM) in finance from S.P. Jain Institute of Management, Bombay. She received her bachelor’s degree in planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.
