Jennifer Lee

Jennifer Lee is a Principal in the Human Capital Management group, focused on the Firm's Restricted Stock Program. She is based in Washington, D.C.

Jennifer has held various roles and responsibilities during her tenure with the Firm. Ms. Lee previously focused on carried interest distributions, accrued carry and also led a business process re-engineering effort to streamline and automate the various carried interest functions for the Firm. Prior to the Firm's IPO in 2012, Ms. Lee was part of an IPO project management team focusing on Human Capital and Equity related items for the Firm.

She received a B.A. from Rutgers University.
