Jeannine Santarelli

Jeannine Santarelli is the Chief Operating Officer of Human Capital and leads the HR Business Partner team. She is based in New York and serves on the firm’s Operating Committee.

In this role she works closely with the HCM Leadership team to design the firm’s human capital and talent strategy. She partners with business leaders to ensure their HR objectives are aligned to the business strategy.
