Max Macklin

Max Macklin is a Vice President in the Global Capital Markets team. Mr. Macklin advises on and coordinates financings for new buyouts, amendment activities, refinancings, and initial public offerings. He is based in London.
 
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Macklin was a Managing Associate in the Leveraged Finance team at Linklaters LLP, working in both London and Paris. 
 
Mr. Macklin holds an LLB. Law with French from The University of Birmingham and a Certificat Supérieur de Droit Français et Européen from Paris Panthéon-Assas University. Mr. Macklin is a qualified lawyer (England & Wales, non-practising).
