Sameer Rathie

Sameer Rathie is a Vice President on the Infrastructure Credit team within Carlyle’s Global Credit platform.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Sameer was a Vice President on Nomura's Infrastructure and Power Finance team where he focused on the origination, structuring, execution and syndication of project and leveraged finance transactions in the power, renewable, midstream & infrastructure sectors. Before that, Sameer worked in investment banking for three years at Jefferies. 

Sameer received his JD/MBA from Emory University and a B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
