Fernando Rocha

Fernando Rocha is a Principal in Carlyle's US Real Estate Group. He is based in Los Angeles.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Rocha worked at Resource Land Holdings in Colorado and Goldman Sachs in New York.

Mr. Rocha is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a graduate of Florida International University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
