Charles Geoly

Charley Geoly is an Operating Executive working with our portfolio companies on how best to manage their human capital strategies as well as our deal teams to extend our executive reach across various subsegments (software, services, and infrastructure) and investment classes (growth, buyout, and structured investments). He also serves as an advisor to numerous public boards on CEO succession and board construction.

Previously, Mr. Geoly was a senior member of Russell Reynolds Associates, one of the world’s leading leadership advisory firms. During his 25-year career at Russell Reynolds Associates, Mr. Geoly led several practices, managed the global technology sector, led the Palo Alto office and served on the Executive Committee of the Firm. As part of his consulting activities, Mr. Geoly also championed the significant expansion of diversity within the boardroom.

Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Mr. Geoly spent nearly 10 years with DuPont in a variety of roles including R&D, Sales & Marketing and business leadership. Mr. Geoly graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. with a finance concentration from Rice University.
