Naima Garvin

Naima Garvin is a Managing Director with Carlyle's General Counsel. She is based in New York. 

Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Garvin was Employment Counsel for IBM Corporation. Before her time at IBM, Ms. Garvin was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP and BakerHostetler. 

Ms. Garvin received her JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from Yale College.
